   There is a detailed description of each model of monitors here. You can also listen to the model you are interested in at our dealers shops or in our office in Kyiv. Choose the design of the selected model you can here.
   
   
2. Ear impressions
   
   Please read carefully the instructions for making ear impressions and show it to your doctor. Impressions can be made in our office in Kyiv (free of charge) or in any listening center (the service is paid separately by the client at the tariffs of a medical institution).
   If you suffer from chronic ear infections, then consult your doctor about the feasibility of using custom monitors.
   Send photos of your impressions to us for confirmation by mail: shop@ambient-acoustics.ua.
3. Ship your ear impressions
   
   In Ukraine use address of Nova Poshta delivery company: Kyiv, №70 branch, tel. 096 503 09 44, Kochevykh Yuliya.
   
   Delivery around the world is carried out by transport companies: "Nova Poshta," "Ukrposhta," "DHL," "Fedex," "EMS", etc. Expenses for postal services are paid separately. Please remember that there is also custom legislation in Ukraine. The cost of your shipments can not be more than 100 EUR. Otherwise, you will have to pay additional custom fees.

   We also accept 3D impressions of your ears in stl * format. You can download the impressions in your user account.
4. Payments
   
   You will get a message on your e-mail with several methods of payments. Please, remember, impressions are given to work after full or 30% pre-payment!
5. Producing
   
   Terms of production of monitors is 3-4 weeks after the moment of receiving impressions and payment confirmation. For plugs and tips the time of production is 2-3 weeks after the moment of receiving impressions and payment confirmation.
   
6. Get your order
   
   You can receive your order in our office in Kyiv or by post.
   
   The method of delivery of the goods depends on the settlement in which it is carried out. Delivery of goods in Ukraine is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta."
   
   Worldwide delivery is making by transport companies: "Nova Poshta," "Ukrposhta," "DHL," "Fedex," "EMS." Expenses for postal services are paid separately. After transferring your order to the transport company, we are not responsible for the product and its subsequent delivery. All customs payments, if they arise, are paid separately by the buyer.
   
   We don't make delivery to Russia and Belarus.
