Terms, conditions and general information

1. Please, read information "how to make impressions" and "how to make order" before ordering .
2. Payment. You will get a message on your e-mail with payment methods.
   
3. Please, remember, impressions are given to work after full or 30% pre-payment!
4. Terms of production of monitors is 3-4 weeks after the moment of receiving impressions and payment confirmation. For plugs and tips the time of production is 2-3 weeks after the moment of receiving impressions and payment confirmation.
5. Period of adaptation to the custom monitor, tips, earplugs is 10-14 days. Only after the expiration of this period products are taken for shape correction!
6. Custom products are made by our specialists by using 3D technologies. Each monitor is tested on the works completion.
7. Due to the inherent difference in the color of our materials and the color of your computer screen, it is possible that the final color of the product will differ slightly! We can not guarantee that the color is exactly like on the screen of your monitor!
8. Products for sound correcting are not accepted! It is advisable before ordering Ambient Acoustics monitors become familiar with the sound of the model that you are most interested in!
9. Don’t get wet your earphones. The dry capsule should be always in a tightly closed case with your earphones.
10. Remember that the durability of the normal functioning of earphones will depend on the way you will follow the personal hygiene and the state of the acoustic filters in sound bores! Clean and dry your ears regularly. Earwax and water can damage your earphones.
11. Do not use cleaning suppliers containing alcohol, ammonia, gasoline or abrasive substances. For cleaning use earwax stick and fine wet cloth.
12. If you suffer from chronic ENT diseases (infections) or sulfur profuse discharge (frequent cerumen), consult with your doctor about the possibility of such products usage before ordering this product! Taking an order for production of customs, earplugs, tips etc. laboratory implies that all necessary consultation with the ETN specialist were conducted!
13. Never put things in your ears, except your earphone
14. Operating and storage temperature should be from -15 to 55 ° C with relative humidity up to 90%.
15. Delivery of products in Ukraine is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta." For delivery to the Russian Federation we use "Ukrposhta." Worldwide delivery is made by transport companies "Nova Poshta," "Ukrposhta," "DHL," "Fedex," "EMS." Expenses for postal services are paid separately. After transferring your order to the transport company, we are not responsible for the product and its subsequent delivery. All customs payments, if they arise, are also paid by the buyer separately.
    
    Important! We don't make delivery to Russia and Belarus.

16. You can return Ambient Acoustics goods if warranty and licensing rights are satisfied:
    1. The goods were not used and were kept in the form in which they were purchased.
    2. The time of purchase is no more, than 14 days.
    Since all Ambient Acoustics products are made by individual order and can not be used in the future, you must consider time and material costs, that we take. You can return 60% of the cost of goods. Banking and transport costs are charged by the buyer.
    
    You can return 100% of the cost of goods for universal items.

17. Agreement of public performance of products. When purchasing our products, pay attention, that you give your permission to the public presentation, reproduction and distribution of photos, images, illustrations, videos with your participation with products made for you by Ambient Acoustics in the Internet resource www.ambient-acoustics.ua. Your name / stage name can be used in information materials / promotional materials of Ambient Acoustics in Facebook, Instagram, web etc.

18. Security advisory while listening:

• Remember to turn the volume down on your source before using earphones. Adjust volume to your normal listening level.
• Using your earphones at high volume for a long time can damage your hearing. Please, consult doctor, if you feel discomfort in your ears.
• It is not recommended to use both earhones while driving. In some countries using of earpones while driving is forbidden.
• In potentially dangerous situations earphones must be temporarily turned off. Be careful.

WARRANTY

1. CIEM and Universal earphones, active earphones are covered by the following warranty from the date of acquisition:
   
   internal electronic components (speakers, crossover) - 1 year,
   cord - 6 months,
   shells (otoplastic) - 30 days.
2. The warranty covers the manufacturing defect of speakers, acoustic filters or components, i.e. if the defect is not caused by an obvious mishandling.
3. Ambient Acoustics undertakes necessary form correction of monitors’ shells, custom tips, earplugs or manufacture new ones:
   if during the month of using the shells is caused a discomfort for its owner,
   if shells were roughness, abruptness, sharp edges, or any other kind of defect,which is not due to a buyer’s anatomical features of ears!
4. Warranty does not apply to monitors:

• with mechanical damage of shells;
• with evident moisture exposure, sulfur, sweat or other liquids to the internal components ;
• with the presence of foreign objects in the sound bores;
• with damaged caused by negligent use;
• with signs of unauthorized repairs and any kind of modification;
• with signs of exposure to extreme temperatures;
• with signs of impact of a vibration character;

The warranty does not extend to the internal components of in-ear phones after remolding! When customizing laboratory ensures only otoplastic (custom shells)!

HOW TO USE

Universal earphones

1. The earphone faceplates have logo on it: Right - ambient acoustics Left - MAD. Also there are marks on shells:
   Right (R) and Left (L).
   

   
   
   

2. There are 3 sizes of ear pads: small (S), medium (M) and large (L). Before using earphones, make sure that you've picked up the right size.
   
   
   

   

3. Insert the canal of earphone in your ear canal. Fit your earphone comfortable in your ear. Correct the cord behind the ear.
   
   

   

4. Tighten the cable slider on the back of the head. Enjoy the music!

   
   

   
   

CIEM

1. Your monitors have marks. Red is for the right ear and Blue is for the left ear.
2. Slide the canal of monitor into your ear canal and gain a seal.
3. Clock the CIEM back into your ear whilst gently pushing in towards your ears. Place the cord behind your ear.
4. Your monitor should slide into place and lock when it has been properly inserted.
5. Correct your cord behind the ear
6. Wrap the ear loops around the top of your ear to secure your monitors.
